He’s Cautious, Introverted, Skinny, Submissive, has Adorableness, Cluelessly Handsome, Clumsy, is Madly in One-Sided Love, Conservative, a Compulsive truth teller, has Automatonophobia, is Absentminded, is Easygoing, has an Eclectic Knowledge of speed skating, is Passionate, Super Bubbly, and Polite.
He’s a young student from Japan and he’s quite the awkward one. Oshima Aki or Aki-san is really quite the wimp. He’s lovable and adorable and has a heart of gold, but he’s unconfident, cowardly, and although not perverted, has absolutely no idea how to talk to girls. In combat at the very least, he’s somewhat competent as a Paladin bound to fight evil, but without someone giving him orders he usually just runs away. At the same time, he’s quite easy going and eternally optimistic, his optimism can practically never be shut down.
Oshima was attacked by a couple of puppets controlled by a puppet master monsters, his absolutely worse fear. He ran and hid in the abandoned athletics shed where he stumbled upon an object of power, a giant zweihander which he accidentally activated with his latent magical abilities. This began the slow process of bonding the vessel to him and gave him his Command seals although nothing was summoned yet. Rescued by Class President Karen, who had only days before, traveled to Osheagara and came into her own with her magical abilities. Soon after, finding a third helper, Taira Ryutaro, who had also just found a strange vessel and traveled to the Spiritual realm, the three , at Karen’s behest, founded L.U.C.I.D. the Lucid Dreaming Club so that they might actively combat the demons in Osheagara as much as they could. Together, the three of them attempted to summon Heroic Spirits as Karen and Tahara had been taught only to find that their summonings were incomplete, having summoned three heroes from another world entirely named Shil, Casey and Kyle. Each was imbued with the powers of the person they had intended to summon, Luffy, Ivar, and Ichigo. Oshima had originally intended to summon his all time hero, Ivar Ballangrud a Norwegian Speed-Skater, but freaked out under pressure from Tahara and the magic already present, and finally the summoning of Kyle who appeared in full Vizard mask form but was able to control his frenzy. Oshima instead tries to summon Ivar The Boneless, whom due to his knowledge of history is the exact opposite of who he would want to summon, but even then he messes up and summons Casey instead.
